When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets are E-tickets, therefore when you have paid for your ticket please print out the ticket or make a note of you unique customer ID and bring it to the event.
Are there any age restrictions?
Over 18s only
What are the advantages of buying a ticket online?
Your E-ticket will guarantee you entrance before 11pm. After that you will not be guaranteed entrance.
Where can I buy tickets if I don't have a credit card?
Tickets can be purchased on the night at the venue.
Is this site secure?
Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers.
What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
Broccoli Music tickets payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd in partnership with Worldpay. DirectPay will appear on your card statement.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly at the Managements discretion. Please apply in writing to Broccoli Music, PO Box 4026, Leamington Spa. Warwickshire. CV31 9AZ.
